Newsletter December 2004

I can't believe it is coming up on one year since we lost our precious baby.  The boys and I have decided to call December 17th Ian's heavenly date.  So many have asked us what are plans are for that day.  I don't really know.  Ian's birthday was a true celebration.  It was the day we received our gift from God.  I know Ian went to a wonderful place on his heavenly date, I just wish he was still here with us.  You often hear that time heals all wounds.  At this point I have to disagree. It may dull the pain, but I don't think I will ever heal.  I think back to the time of Ian's death and there are so many things that I do not remember clearly.  I do remember all of the love, prayers and encouragement so many of you gave (and continue to give) to our family.  I will be forever grateful to you all.  Thank you!

We have had a slow start this flu season.  I am so thankful for that.  We continue to pray that this flu season will not be bad.   Remember to help stop the spread of germs by washing your hands frequently!  What a simple way to help yourself and others.  We will try to keep you all posted of any new information we receive.

Happy Holidays to all of you!
